Collection Specialist
Needed:
Established and small
I17 and Deer Valley area Collection Agency is seeking a full-time Collection
Specialist / Skip Tracer who will handle some administrative duties too.
We're not your typical collection agency with high-pressure tactics, but we
still get the job done at a rate that is three times better than the industry
average. Our clients are varied so your calls are too. No nights, no weekends,
no mandatory overtime, no lunatic manager breathing down your back! This

Duties/Responsibilities include:
* Place outbound collection calls on accounts.
* Receive inbound collection calls on accounts.
* Speak to debtors about their debts owed to our third party clients.
* Negotiate payment plans and settlements and process phone payments.
* Document debtor accounts using Collect! collection software.
* Enter new accounts.
* Conduct skip-tracing and asset searches on qualified accounts.
Qualification/Requirements:
* Minimum 3 months of
3rd party collection experience.
* Excellent analytical, communication, problem solving and negotiation skills.
* Clear grammar and confident voice.
* Adequate typing skills, 10 Key, Word, Outlook.
* Stable work history.
* Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
Compensation Package:
* $12 per hour + bonus.
